Worst service..First they provide service for mi now realme also..Nadeem akhtar is the owner...They r destroying the repo of both brands mi & realme in terms of service.....Both are the market leaders..I don't know why company like realme provided service center to Nadeem for yamunanagar...He is fool...
If realme is reading this review please change ownership of the service center and provide to those who can handle it properly

I'm very much satisfied at service center and happy to see the social distancing maintain at centre along with other precaution taken care by service centre there is no rush in service centre and they atender me as per my appointment time in teleword yamuna nagar

pathetic service, they tend to cheat there customers. i wanted to buy a new battery for my mobile and i saw the swapped the battery with another phone and try to charge me for the new battery. MI should take steps for making the services better.

Good Service and best in behaviour

We're looking for MI smart TV support. They are denying that we're providing only Mobile and accessories support.

The lady at the desk don't have any atticates how to talk with customers. I've problem regarding my soundbar and she said we don't repair it at service center, you can call customer care and ask them to come to your home to repair it and when I asked customer care number she rudely said "hmare pass nhi hota unka number". If she is frustrated with other customers she should leave her job. She have no right to talk rudely with customers who were talking politely with her.
