Samsung Service Center

Staff behaviour is very bad and there is no time management and no rule of samsung service center (Rouser mobile, Dindyal complex, karman tola, Ara).... After visting samsung service center i have taken oath that i will never purchase any product which is being made by samsung because i don't want to visit another time because of their imployee (specially counter no.3) and i will suggest to my family, neighbours and my relatives do not use any samsung product 🙏🙏

Superb responsive team, right from the door till the service point, you get proper guidance and update. Kudos to Amit, Aman and team for raising the bar.

Wahiyaat service center.
You just only wait there for your turn but it never came untill and unless you start abusing.
But politely humble and familiar service man.

Nothing much experience......

They can reduce the resolution time.
