Mi Service Center, Joy Mangla, Nalbari, Assam (B2X)

I went to this service center to change the battery of 4 years old Redmi Note 3 and luckily i found it there. And i can confirm it was genuine because i am writing this review after 2 weeks of changing the battery. Phone is working completely fine now. They changed it within 2 hours. One thing i want to mention is that the stuff of this service center is very polite well behaved. Because i have some terrible experience with the Guwahati's Mi service center. They were pretty rude and mannerless. Compare to that my experience here was completely different. Great experience. Easy 5 Star Rating For them.

There response is very bad. They are not respond any call once they know u r a customer. Somehow some of there stuffs are rude.

The people at the service centre were not serious with our devices they were laughing and making fun of our device when we went to the service centre. Probably thats not what anyone would expect from an service centre. By far very bad experience.

Rude behavior. Less knowledge anr seems like they are fraud. They didn't even checked my mobile and told "Software maribo lagibo"... software mara?? Please speak some official language. My mobile had issue with front speaker which was not working properly. They told me to back up data because they are going to update the software, in fact i told them that the software is properly updated and i know that it is a speaker issue because there was a buzz buzz sound and now nothing is playing there. Genius people are there in this service center.
