It's no more a store now. It's Vodafone Idea Distribution point.
It used to be one of the best Vodafone Mini Stores in terms of giving good service as well as upfront solutions. The owner along with the CCE and other staff were polite, courteous and customer oriented. Even then they are providing good service.

Experience is ok
Not very good and not bad

My experience was good and they started my sim within 2hrs.

It was a fantastic experience at the store. I lost my SIM which was KOLKATA based and was very important for me as all my bank transactions were lost. By mistake I visited to another store nearby which is a distributer who refused to reactivate Kolkata SIM. There after I came to know that that is not an authentic VI store. I visited to this store and they helped me out and gave me the same number even after some mistakes on my previous applications. Thanks to the VI Store Sitamarhi.. Cheers.....

My Gujarat Idea SIM lost replaced and activated 2 hour very good service this point but very bad service Kamla rice mill Idea distributor point his three day upset but not replace and very miss behave not refunding my money
