Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Samadhi Kshetra

Very well managed place. The music is so good. Also there is ample space to sit and spend time, preferably in evening. There is no entry fees. Don't forget to take mosquito repellent in the evening because there are lots of mosquitoes.

Very Nice and beautiful place

The place was quiet peaceful full of displaying the life of Dr. Bhupen hazarika, his contribution to the society and India. Luckily we went when the weather was very hot and it was nice to walk around this place.

Feeling fortunate to visit this beautiful place belong to the Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika.

Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Samadhi Khetra Memorial is located in Jalukabri,Guwahati near the fly over. Memorial is tribute to the legendary Assamese singer Dr Bhupen Hazarika. He was also a recipient of Bharat Ratna award. The place is really beautiful and peaceful. Open for all Monday to Sunday.

It's peaceful. It's near my university so I've visited it quite a few times. If you're distressed and want to feel good you should go there.
