SUGGESTION~
1.before visiting here you should start practicing for Cross leg down seating (palthi marke baithna) at least for one week 3 hours a day. Trust me I neglected this point and i had to suffer with sitting problems.
" When the Buddha finally passed away, it was not just the end of one life. Millions of lives, countless lives, had come to an end. And it was such a good end, after he had helped so many. At that moment there was very strong Dhamma dhātu, Nibbāna dhātu, and the effects have remained for centuries.
– S.N. Goenka Guruji..
Once you started working, the very very deeply rooted dirt (sankhara) automatically come out of surface.. and if you observe equanimously then easily get eradicate all impuritues...
Challenge for serious meditatator who sit longer hours.. also for dhamma server, your test will be here, without getting react how to serve with Equanimity..
Especially for New students:
All facilities are here, You just need observe "noble silence" strictly and meditate..
Two bed each room,
healthy food,
pure drinking water,
hot water for bath,
if you come early you will get attached toilet room otherwise there are common rooms also but bathrooms and toilets outside..
Best wishes and Metta for participants..
May all be happy
May all be liberated
Mahaparinibban sutta
There are four places, Ananda, that a pious person should visit and look upon with feelings of reverence.
One of these is Here the Tathagata passed away into the state of Nibbana in which no element of clinging remains!’ [Kushinagar]
This, Ananda, is a place that a pious person should visit and look upon with feelings of reverence. And the meditator should meditate here to get benifit of vibrations
Very calm
