Vipassana Meditation Centre known as Dhamma Guna. (Guna-district-HQ /City is one of the districts of Madhya Pradesh in central India) Dhamma Guna is located in Pagara village. Basically 14 - 15 km far East from Guna railway station. Anybody can easily access by taking bus or auto from Gunna railway station. (landmark- Near Panchayat Bhawan). The campus is so cute, beautiful and having good vibes. Dhamma hall looks like Keralian architect. If you like country side then it may be your best choice. Here, You can easily get your confirmation done means No rush here... that's the beauty. Pagoda is going to construct very soon.

I want to thank universe for making me come closer to dhamma through vipassana meditation. I would like to thank all the sevaks, staff, teachers of dhamma guna for helping me understand the technique of meditation, which i am taking for lifelong and beyond.
There are few things i would like to bring to the attention however, before you enrol for 10 days course as a beginner mainly- 1. Since the course entails one to remain silent, it is advisable that if one is sharing room with a person, make it a point beforehand with the person you are sharing to not talk/gesture till the 10th day to reap the benefits of the practice.
2. I happened to share the room with a snoring guy and trust me nobody would want to have that experience after a long day meditating. I somehow found some ways to ignore snoring. If need be ask sevaks to change the room.
3. It is advisable to have basic stuff for 10 days for example i had diarrhoea on one of the days and i didn't have medicine for it. Otherwise the sevaks will take time to arrange the things required.
Lastly, everyone has their own personalized experience of meditation so don't compare your progress with other people.
