My name is Antony. ID 5471981.
Yesterday (27th, Jan '16) I went to the pharmacy without prescription, but with ID and asked for medicine Restyl 0.5 tablets.The young new attendant said flatly "No stock".
"Anxit"? I asked . Again "No stock"
I am an old man and so I understood being a sleeping tablet the answer 'no stock'.
I appreciate the girl's firmness in denying the medicine.But

I feel that is not the way to treat a REGULAR customer.

I suggest:

1.Customer with ID or telephone number can be given the scheduled drugs after verification in the computer. So ask for prescription OR ID number, verify by questioning the customer if unfamiliar etc
2. Packing tablets in foils of 15 creates difficulty for the customer because other drugs are in 10s.
and so perhaps they could be in foils of 5s and 10s.

Baby milk bottle purchase. Fully leakage. Bad brand selling don't buy. They charge 200 rupees. But waste.

As all other MedPlus stores they force you for substitute medicine. Even though their app shows availability of particular medicine.
