Very worst management of all the things. Even they are not attending the patient properly.
If you are going this place, you will actually feel the condition of this path lab like government hospital. No one is take care of your time and pain. Charges are similar to other path labs. Staff members treats you like a beggar or poor people l.
Worst management....kindly choose other place for your checkups.

Worse experience ever. High prices and they do not fulfull their promise on time. I reached there 0945 in the morning for MRI. The staff at billing desk told me that only one patient is there and undergoing MRI. According to him next turn was mine. I paid the fee and sat in front of MRI room for waiting my turn. There was really not a single person in waiting before me. But they did 4 persons MRI ingnoring my turn. I asked two time about it. But nothing change. After that i went again at billing counter and asked them to return my money. But they refused in very ruff manner. The lady HR answered so rudely. I left the hospital and reached to the police chouki to report the matter. Police promised to take appropiate action. My refund is still pending. I am thinking about next step. I will not recommed to anyone to believe in FOCUS. Be aware and be careful.

I won't recommend this hospital to anyone, if you're having an emergency. Really very distrubing experience with the hospital. I went for my mother's wrist x-ray and clearly mentioned that it's an emergency case so please share the reports with in an hour. They were also get agreed to provide it in an hour but I've been still waiting to get it (12 hours have already been passed ). Now, they're giving useless excuses that today is sunday, doctor is not available. Please wait for some more time. Just wanted to know is this a correct way to handle an emergency case to lie to the patients?
Additionally, ac was not working in the hospital, a very suffogative situation.

I called on focus pathlab helpline and taking appointment for USG test and my test has been done as per received timing and thanks to vikas for sharing information. Also sitting area is very good.

I booked an MRI appointment and i was asked to bring the patient at 1.30pm
My grandmother who was bedridden was made to wait for 4 hours
The people at reception and the staff is rude and unhelpful
They don't value your time or your patients health.
Just money minded business and nothing else
Disappointed
Will never be coming back here

Worst experience.. they understand the patient fool.. i gone for a MRI and they said it will take 2 hours and they took 6 hours and no staff coperation.. all u have to do self
