Apollo Clinic

I have been taking services of Apollo for the last few years from Delhi Apollo & Lucknow Apollo and was quite happy with the kind treatment I was getting but recently I took my mom to Apollo Gorakhpur and had such a bitter experience that I never imagined. Doctors at Apollo are very much experienced and humble but the employees sitting at reception are pathetic. Humiliation to the patient is on top at gorakhpur Apollo. Hospital authorities should take this on a serious note and teach your receptionists sone good manners to talk to the patient. I would have rated you zero but unfortunately that option is not there.

Gorakhpur apollo. Good service with support from the Apollo team. Clear ambiance, supporting staff, well dressed code followed by all the staff. The toilets are also very clean, minimum waiting time. Great 👍 but car parking problem.

Visited the Apollo clinic Gorakhpur today for health check up ...

There were some teething issues but they were immediately taken care of.

Due care was taken while TMT, and Pathology tests ... Reports were received faster than expected.

Inspite of heavy rush the areas were clean and hygienic...

Keep the standards high and my best wishes ...

Extremely mannerless vaccination staff but the receiptionist (basically the person who attends the calls) was good who considered my issue and helped me with the same instantly.

Apollo has a very good medical facility Mr Wasim sir is a very good person and very friendly he help me a lot during whole medical checkup.

Very good facility, cooperative staff, and hygiene is taken care of at its best.

I went with my mother for full body check up all the test done very fast with the help of receptionist, however during the doctors consultation, doctor talk like very pathetic ways with my mother .
