Apollo Clinic

We had a great experience at the apollo clinic in A.s rao nagar. It has very experienced Doctors from various specialization with state of the art facilities and amenities. What we liked most is the customized attention from Doctors, nurses and attendants round the clock. Thank you 😊

This clinic is not organised properly, poor service. I came for my annual health checkup which was booked online but still had to wait 30 mins in the queue for registration, there is only one receptionist to guide the patients and also for registrations, why don’t you have atleast 2 receptionists in peak hours. The entire checkups are not organised, there is no procedure on which room to visit next, minimal staff to guide. The doctors who do the scan are in a rush to get away from the clinic. You are asked to come next day for scan. It’s necessary to have the doctor on premises for scan.The washrooms are not clean and there is only 1 washrooms for women and 1 wash room for men. My x-ray was not done but it was ticked as done in the checkup list. I asked the receptionist to help me with the feedback from so that I could provide feedback, but she said there is no feedback from available. With all the above points, I would say opt for other clinics for any checkup.

I had to visit the Appolo clinic for booster dose.
The doctors and management staff were professional and they have also made sure I’m aware of the vaccine dose is the same as described.

The level of service received in this hospital is highly commendable. Friendly nursing staff and cleaners and very experienced n warm doctors. There is always a clean environment and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends... let the stars shine more brighter.

Un happy with the staff, no body is taking any responsibility. They literally don't know who are waiting for which tests. Simply sitting in the reception. Finally giving answers doctors left for the day, come again for tests. Not recommended
