Best doctor in tuticorin.🏆. treatment amezing ☺️ but only problem is token system🥺 .. one of the worst token process I never seen any hospital.. my request is doctor must address this issue & fix it priority basis

Today I went this hospital for emergency . I don't know who is nurse while seeking the nurse she's simply sit and play withgirls I didn't know what's going on she is simply said wait . After seeing a doctor the fee is too much it's very shocking to us. It's not a good service . Very very wors

This one Star is not for the Dr,
"The best Doctor" in the city but the staff is arrogant she never follow the token system,want to wait for whole day to see the Doctor,very very worst Dr should take some action against the nurse mariammal

It's really a bitter experience. The nurse at the reception is cheating and getting money. She never follows the token system. If you give a token, you will tell the timings. It's foolish to wait more than 10 hours. We have a family. Doctor has to create an advertisement by making patients to wait. Once a person meets the doctor, he will be ready to wait and spend atleast 10 hours. It shows doctor's mismanagement better you avoid token system.

Dr.Ilango is a good doctor and he diagnoses very quickly and gives correct treatment to the patients. But only the problem in the hospital is the receptionist who overrules the token system by allowing those who bribe her. All out patients scold at her daily for her misbehavior. Doctor knows everything. But he is silent. No problem will arise if they arrange for digital token system in two types, one is normal token amounting to 300 & other Emergency token amounting to 500. No patient will create any problem if token system is followed strictly.

This 3 stars is for Dr.Ilango sir. For being a great physician ever I met. The skill of diagnosing a patient complaint and healing process was extraordinary. I am reducing 2 points for also Dr.Ilango sir for selecting a worst staff for his clinic. For the past 15 years I am seeing her in different intervals. No changes in her attitude and no concern at all. This irritates the patients / attenders waiting outside to met you. Please so many young girls / boys are waiting for jobs. Pls recruit suitable candidates.

Ever worst experience. Pls don't go, if you go, you will get BP.

Treatment given by doctor will be good but the staff at reception is rude. As they are following the token system it was not followed on genuine basis. The lady at the reception speaks so vulgure.
