Today I called Dr. Sujata Gavai's Kharghar clinic and asked for an appointment, then there staff asked me to message the name, I messaged her and she gave me an appointment on the message, but when I went there, his staff asked me in a very rude and arogant language, when did I make the appointment, from which number? What time did you take it? If the call was made, what time was the call made and was the message sent on the phone? Show me the message

Even if we told the doctor about this, he tried to take her side as she is new, so you should think a hundred times before going to the clinic of such arogant staff and careless doctor.

Had a confirmed 630 pm appointment. We waited till 7 pm but the doctor didn't show up while there was a queue of other appointments who were waiting too. Really unprofessional.

Pls do visit for your ENT problems. The doctor is very polite and she will explain you everything in a very understanding manner. Despite being so intelligent, very down to earth in nature and gives proper time to each and every patient with very friendly approach, which is very rare to find.
