Apollo Clinic

Recently got emergency assistance from Apollo clinic, from receptionist to doctor everyone was well informed and helped answer all my queries. Special shoutout to Prabha Nurse who stayed beyond her shift time to take care of me while I was getting saline injections. She was professional, good customer relationship skills and helpful. Thank you.

Polite and helpful staff .. Process was quick. Did entire Body checkup and took around 4 Hrs. The good thing is you can visit pheonix mall while you are waiting for 2 hrs post breakfast blood sugar test. Plenty of street food options available Nearby.

Mixed experience.. very few are really interested to help. Everyone is there to finish their assigned jobs and increase the daily count. They don't explain properly anything to anyone. Even for getting the reports after 4-5 days, they never call you once they are ready. When I called them, they never attend the calls. After my 7-8 continue attempts, finally they received the call only to transfer to other person. Other person just told me that reports are ready without even verifying it... So careless and so poor treatment to patients....

Extremely unprofessional place. Height and weight were measured even when the patient was wearing shoes. Temperature was not measured but they wrote 97 on the report. They asked to sign a form saying they have explained and we have understood all the things related to the test, however nobody bothered explaining anything. This place is run in only because of full body checkups covered in medical insurance. And so they take patients and infact the check up procedure itself for granted! Avoid this place.

Very helpful and cheerful staff. Glad to have seeked their support.

To the Management: would be great to automate the process further and pay special focus on senior citizen health checkup support.

Yesterday was one of the worst experiences I have had in recent times.
My appointment for covid booster dose vaccination was between 5 pm to 8 pm. I reached the hospital at around 5:45 and was asked to fill a form. I submitted the form and I was asked to sit for sometime. I rechecked with receptionist couple of times and all she said was 'jaldi hojayega'. She finally started working on my form after I told her that I have a meeting at 7 PM and need to be back home before that.
Then she struggled to login to some portal, after trying for another 5 minutes or so, she asked for help from another receptionist. He helped her log me in.
She then asked me to make payment, I showed her the payment successful message. But she said that payment is not reflected yet and kept clicking refresh for another 10 odd minutes and again asked the other receptionist for help. He finished what he was doing and then processed my request in next 5 minutes or so...
It took me around 60 minutes for the whole vaccination process.... This was a very disappinting and frustrating experience....and I guess the people before me also faced the same issue because even they were standing near reception for quite some time....

Contrary to this, my last vaccination in sahyadri hardly took around 15-20 minutes....
This is something Apollo need to improve on....

I have been following up for my test reports since 10 days when they said that the results will come in 3 days !!
Very lousy service !!
They kept asking me to check my mail and did not send me anything !!
Do not take any tests here.
They will not give your results which will lead to a delay in timely treatment.
How can you be so careless being in the medical profession, no urgency or value of time regarding the patients.

I have been visiting Apollo Clinic, Viman Nagar unit for past 14 years for my whole family including my wife and 2 Sons. It is a ONE STOP solution for all the consultations. Dr. Sameer Mhatre is very experienced and cooperative paediatrician. Recently, I visited the clinic. There was a great support and coordination provided by the whole staff especially by Sister Prabha Jadhav and her unit. Looking forward to have great continued support. Thank you.
