I myself Sumita Das, my husband Arunava Das and my son Ashmeik Das came to Rela on 28th May. We are giving our wonderful experience of being in this Godly Institution, kindly go through the review as we have mentioned everything in details.
The name 'Rela' itself signifies the glory of its 4 yrs excellent journey by providing world class facilities to each one of its patients, be it from any class or any region......
We too came here for our treatment through few of our known people who had already been here. Initially we were skeptical about Rela becoz of our very bad experience in AIG, Hyderabad in this yr's January. Back to our native place in Silchar (Assam), my husband was diagnosed with liver disease which was not diagnosed in AIG. We searched endlessly in Internet which gave us info of 99.2% success rate of liver transplant and the outcome was 'Rela'. Any hospital if it's success rate is that high then surely it's supporting staff will be the best.
With lot of hope and faith we visited and our prayers were answered here. From the look of the hospital one can feel that we have come to a Palace. The neatness, cleanliness, sitting arrangement in sofas, the interiors of the hospital, uniform of the staff, best part is the statue of Saibaba....
From the helpdesk to the registration process each of Rela's member happily come forward to help. First of all my sincere thanks to Mr. Pulok Dutta who did all possible ways to help us from our arrival to departure, arrangements of our stay, doctor's registration, constantly he guided us over the phone. He had fixed our initial appointment with Prof Rela but unfortunately we couldn't meet the
'saviour of many lives', Dr. Rela, as our region was badly affected by flood which hampered the transportation of plane or train services.
To mention few names like Mr. Pulak,
Mr. Abdullah, Mr. Praveen, Mr. Mullick, Ms. Lalitha who has helped us in every possible ways. If we have such wonderful helping hands around us the journey of every patient will be smooth and definitely all of them will visit again and again whenever they can. Nowadays we don't want to spend extra time wasting in hospital and 'Rela' is the answer for all those who wants immediate resolution.

From the smooth functioning of PET/CT scan, Though MRI is the most crowded section and it takes little lengthy process of waiting, again it depends if there are emergency patients then the wait is little more than usual otherwise the staff and Dr's are very much helpful.
We didn't face any sort of difficulties on our 10 days visit to Rela, be it the smooth functioning of billing section or collecting reports, dropping off by battery car by its staff to the main gate, every procedure is satisfactory.
Rela has got the latest, most advanced technological equipments, dedicated and the best Doctors, extremely helpful staff, the hospital is following passionately every single principles that is encrypted on the hospital walls.
One word for this institution is a 'trustworthy place' with great infrastructure ambience and world class service by each of its members. On our next visit, we would definitely want to meet Dr. Rela, the 'god himself' to touch his feet for providing outstanding treatment to all its patients.

Came here for my father's treatment. He underwent bronchoscopy under the supervision of Dr Joel.
Very much profesional and courteous staff. Very satisfactory service. Daycare staff were very helpful. Dr Benhur Joel did a stupendous job in getting my father treated.

I come to dr.rela hospital for my baby liver transplant. His age is nine month. his surgery was done very well. The hospital staff also gave us good support to perform the surgery well. Special thanks to Dr.rela for saving my baby's life. Professor Dr.rela, Dr.Gomathi, Dr.Naresh, Dr. J Menon, Dr.Vidyalakshmi and Translator Mr.Selavaraj also gave good support to do the surgery well. The international care team unit and coordinator team were instructed to us perform the surgery without any difficulties.

Rela hospital is known for its success rate in liver transplant surgery and for the best surgeons they’ve got but however I would like to add how kind and humble they are, in fact I would like to highlight how Doc Gomathy Narasimhan, Doc Yogesh puri, Doc Arulkumar took care for of me post surgery, being a donor became easy and indeed painkillers did little compared to the the consistent show of their concern to see me better. The IPS team not only assisted us but also were supportive in many possible ways and made us feel at home. I Would specially like to thank Mr. Selvaraj, Ms. Sneha, Mrs. Rizwana and Mr Tiru for assisting us when ever needed. Hospital is at very peaceful area in middle of the city, it's very clean and neat, staffs also very kind.. Once you enter into hospital you will feel like it's like a 5 start hotel since the environment is awesome.!. We took heart treatment for my mother n law and they were taking care very well..!
