Well PATHETIC is the word that can clearly describe your experience when you go and buy meds from here. The staff/ owner is not at all helpful. And god bless your pocket if you do not check the prices of the medicines yourself. Because honestly you just might end up paying 100-200 more. Not only that when you ask them for a 10% discount on meds, instead of simply telling you that we don't provide any, their response would be 'toh mat lo dawai yahan se'. I agree that giving discount on medicines is not a compulsion but a consumer has all the right to confirm it.

The staff / owner is helpful . If we have any query they will suggest the best for you .

One of the best medical shop in vakola. Also provide delivery services. Owner and staff very polite and happy to help the customer

3rd class services... The shopkeepers are very ill mannered. They dont give normal medicines without a prescription. They asked me as where I am working, as i was not speaking in marathi.... They think that there is no other shop in mumbai.. Shameless behaviour with customer. And bluntly says that , "nai milega" that too with loud voice.... There are more than 10000 medicin shops in mumbai, please Never go to this shop.... Thanks
