Galaxy Mattress Point

Needed a mattress urgently and was searching on the web how to get it. Found this google result, called up the number. He immediately responded and sent some pics on WhatsApp clearly describing the different varieties and sizes available with the quotes. Called up and discussed for few minutes to get more details on the liked products. And I had the mattress delivered within 1-2 hours of that call. And we agreed on a price slightly lesser than what he quoted which he had said was already the lowest price he could offer. I got the delivery, they placed the mattress on the bed and the payment was done. Very rarely we have such purchases.

Had Very bad experience of buying matress from here. Received faulty matress two times and upon return.... Received another faulty matress. Now It's been 4 years, I have been running countless times for refund or matress exchange, nothing received so far.
Everytime they give false hope for exchange from 4 years and looks like now I will have to forget about matress and money both... Tired of walking to the shop, seems no use anymore.
