Kairali Ayurvedic Spa And Health Centre

This place has a lot of potential but its let down by the training of their staff. They always talk to each other during the massage and are unprofessional, it's not relaxing and is overpriced when you get this service. I prefer the other outlet they have in Hyderabad.

I had massage done at many places and this was the worst experience at all levels:
1. Very unclean place. The table was oily and uncleaned, the towels were not fresh and cleaned. Rest of the place including the steam place and bathroom were unclean. Got skin infection after the massage.
2. The massage was fast rubbing of oil than proper massage.
3. On top they ask for tips.

Not at all worth the 2000 Rs they charge. For what they provide they should charge 600Rs. I am surprised by the positive reviews, do not seem genuine to me.

The ladies were very kind, professional and welcoming. It was my first experience with shirodhara massage and I truly liked it. The salon is not the fanciest in the world, but the staff are extremely kind and hospitable, and the massage felt like true, genuine Indian experience. 🙂

I have been here today but was very unhappy with one of the staff members who attended me.. She clearly refused to do the treatment.. Her name chichi.. Very rude lady.

I have also complaint at the reception for her rude talk.. Amd harsh behaviour.
I dont know if any changes would tale place.

I wad not happy with over all service too.

The people at reception r polite but the One doing the massage, one of them as i mentioned above was horrible.

There r two more ladies who usually do the facial quite sweet and polite.

I had visited this on recommendation as new to hyderabad. But looks like their quality has dropped but not the cost.I had worst experience in Kairali. They used normal oils. If you are expecting Kerala massage experience it is not there. They did not have sheets or pads on the massage table. They did massage on slippery table and it was like torture than relaxation. No value for money.

What irresponsible staff. They took appointment a day before. I took uber and reached before time to know it was closed for that day. All staff members were there but not working.. They didn't bother to apologize or call. And lied on top of it . Waste of money on uber.. Who will pay for it? So disappointed with it.. I never recommend to go there. Zero star if possible.

Worst .they closed Banjara hills branch and asked to come to kphb .. whenever u call them they will say no slots and they will count lockdown and COVID days also...wasted 15000 rs..they won't even respect 3 years customer also..

At first I was cursing myself for getting a Kerala style massage because usually these are high pressured deep tissue massage. However, the real magic happens only after the massage.
I got a head massage 3 days back at Kairali. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. The massage therapist was very courteous and polite. The massage felt painful, but once its done I felt really good. All my numerous muscle knots in my head and neck melted away, keeping my Sunday stress free and relaxed. Totally worth the experience. Will get it again when my knots are back.
