They have a good ambience and everything but there services are incomplete. Not that great.

Lousiest service provider in terms of appointment. Do not trust this sahakar branch. after committing appointment, upon arrival it stands cancelled . The lady in reception gives big lie reason. They are unprofessional. Do not trust this facility and also do not trust this business. Beware of fraudster working in this company. Highly unethical spa.

My mum and I had a Swedish (60min) and Deep tissue massage (120min) respectively. The appointment booking was done with ease. We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman, showing off his warm pleasant smile!

I would give a 5/5 for the massage. Excellent client service in terms of therapy. The therapist (Emily/ Ekali) was very receptive to feedback, when I requested for lesser pressure, she adapted immediately to my request. She also checked on my comfort from time to time. Very impressive service. I extended my massage by half an hour, that says it all! I would most definitely visit again. The prices are acceptable, the ambiance is calming, the ginger tea after is a treat to look out after.

The reason for 1 star less (4/5) is due to lack of any health questionnaire prior to commencement of therapy. I am surprised they didn’t request for a health declaration- unsure of the first aid they would’ve offered in case of a medical emergency. The shampoo dispenser was clogged. Unfortunately I couldn’t wash the oil off my hair (trivial but not acceptable to me personally!).

Overall, impressed and will most definitely recommend the place. A boon to Sahakarnagar!

Frauds take your money first and there therapists sleep within the first 10am as they start… inspite of requesting or complaining nothing bothers their management who even refuse to give a bill. There is for sure some tax evasion I suspect. Refrain from going here as the whole point of relaxing itself is gone, this is the 2nd time and m done now!! Used to be good but now only fraudulent approach.
They will quote high price if your not attentive and then jokingly apologise as they forgot… next time try asking for a bill and look at them sweat

Sorry to say but this one is one of the worst sukho thai I ever visited. Massager not used palm rather used hand knee which result more body paining after massage. Already informed massager to use palm but not bother & keep continue use knee. Bathroom jame with hair & so flooded with water. Towel quality not good. Just basic room no other amenity inside room. I visited goa, pune & other bangalore branch which are far better then this one.

Best professional service was rendered by Ms.Lilly. Clean and well maintained. The staff are very humble.
