SALINA SPA

Third class service and no hygiene.

Till the spa's name was Ganga Spa, their quality and service was excellent.
I am the regular client of Ganga Spa from last 5 years. But I am very disappointed today when I went there to get a body massage.
The counter boy I think he was the manager, told me that they will provide me the best service(as usual for monopoly). And asked me to pay full amount in advance.
Then they send me to a salon which was on the first floor of the same complex and had a small cabin for massage.
Into which, the shower room was very dirty, used disposable underwears were there, tab was broken, the bathroom was stinking like a gutter, the pillow was so dirty and it was became black due to the dirt, other person's clothes were hanging behind the door. The linen was dirty.
However the girl who gave me the massage was good, massage was ok.
At the end when I went to that manager to inform him about the situation, he was so rude, and was busy with having snacks with the other ladies on that sofa which was kept for their clients. Didn't even ask me to have seat or water.
I will suggest everyone that before payment please take a trial and check all the conditions of spa room.
Specially in Salina Spa, 4D square, Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
