Wrost customer service. I've purchased taps before 3 months, my 1 tap is not working. I've registered my complained before 1 months and I've communicate 8-10 times. But I'm very much disappointed with plumber. Nobody came on my house.

What worst service you guys are giving,
Fake commitment of delivering goods ,
Fake promises
Whenever i call anyone in your company, you jus ask for dates each n every time 2days , 5 days , 7 days , 10 days how many days you guys still want???
Wake up its 2 months i’ve placed the order !!!!!

Product of Aqua plumbing is best and qualitative☺️☺️ they provide life time warranty on its products👍 I suggest if you want to purchase batware products then pick the plumber☺️

I have recently joined the organization. Really a positive atmosphere with experienced seniors. Me will try my best to serve my services with Plumber Bathware. And will recommend to work with the Management of Plumber Bathware.

I have completed my 2 years working as BDC in Aqua Plumbings Pvt. Ltd.
Time fly's but the experience will always remains. With the 2 years experience of working I learned lots of things from this company and I never get second thought of lefting this company in any cost because it's just no a company for me... It's a family for me... And as we all know we can left the whole world but we can't left it out...our family... 💯

I would request all the customers to atleast check for their services as they usually provide services in at least 2-3 months. They are the worst service provider. I am just sharing my experience as I live in haridwar, so what their service team said is that we usually do not get complain in your area so we don't have an plumber to resolve your issue. I lodged a complaint on 12 December 2022 and I just received a call today on 4th February 2023 asking me that weather your issue has been resolved or not. They are literally such poor in providing after sale services. Atleast Rs 80,000 equipments are fitted in my house of plumber. And after seeing their service and behaviour I feel that it's better to use something which has a name. For example JAGUAR,etc.
I have a 3 way diverter of JAGUAR and mud got stuck in it as the water contains calcium in my area. So water was not coming out properly from the shower which is why I lodged a complaint with them in the morning 10:00 am on 21st December 2022 and their plumber reached my home the very same day at 14:00 hrs.

At last I would suggest every customer to go with good brand who can provide after sale services.
