Bought steel bookcase from here. While they charged a bomb for transportation, the product itself is of good quality. But they shipped a piece with colour chipped at edges (see pics). Now they promise to send person to paint it, and despite repeated follow ups, they are not sending anyone. Usual deficient service and unethical behaviour like any cheap business. I don't recommend doing business with them at all.

Very bad response on phone i called to enquire if they have storage for home purpose, Admiras.. The person who picked up the phone was very rude and shouted no no no. We do understand that people do get frustrated but when you give your phone no and when enquires come one is expected to be professional. I don't even know why am wasting my time writing a review. I just want to register that these guys have to go a long way before they can even think of doing business online
