There were multiple problems i faced using their machine at my hostel:
1. Once the machine didn't work but the charge for the wash was deducted.

2. The inside of the washing machines stay dirty, there's no process to clean them after someone has used, it leaves stains on clothes.

When I reported the problems to them, they said their service man would come, but those were false promises and I faced loss of money and clothes.

The team at the college was friendly and professional, and they charges a very reasonable price to the repair and cleaning of the huge down coat

i had laundry facilities in VIT which in taken care by NATE,
staff service and support is excellent, same day delivery is appreciated,
no mixing or lost clothes so far..

They don't pick up calls .I have tried three of their numbers for the past 1 week .no response.i have paid them 750 but I have yet to receive the wash credita

I had bad experience with Nate . People who really want to buy machine, pls ensure while giving token advance whether the amount is refundable or not and also get the receipt of token advance. Because i cancelled the order due to covid pandemic and also for their service reviews. But finally they denied to return back my advance amount saying its not refundable, its around 10K loss for me. So please ensure before placing order to them and also behaviour response from the staff while asking for refund is too bad.

We had an awful experience with Nate. As a token advance we had given a sum of few thousand rupees for buying a laundry washer & extractor for our laundry company. But due to several reasons we cancelled the order. Once when we approached Nate to refund the advance amount they started yelling at us with the support of few ladies staff( who talked cheap language without showing any professional ethics) and denied refunding the amount too saying we did not have the evidence for the token advance on NATE name. Regret contacting them .

Purchased 3 machines for Business purpose, working good thanks to Nate Laundry

Very worst business people
I really had an worst experience buying a stack machine with them
I bought a machine for my laundry and never called them for a single service during the warranty period
But when called for service after 2 years of purchase, they nearly took 3 months to attend us. And after diagnosing the complaint, they asked me to change the wiring kit of the entire machine which will cost 40000 plus service charge, I agreed with them and they said spare has to be ordered and will take a week time to come, and after a week two technicians came and started working and i could find a old wiring kit with some joints in it. And when questioned, they replied thats a new one and to contact their chief technician.

And especially the sales guy named ravi will never pick your calls once u finished buying the machine.

Such a irresponsible dealership which has its branch over malaysia also
