My hair was all soaked in sand and they gave me an awesome hair wash and spa .

The staff here is too good.
The owners stand there and see that all services are given adequately.

I have a great experience at black pearls beauty parlour. Miss Jyoti Kapoor and her mom is so interactive and polite. Whole staff was very cooperative and friendly. She did my engagement's makeup , smoothening and keratin and bridal makeup too. I recommended to all to visit this parlour

I booked her for my wedding day on 5 Feb 2022 & she literally ruined things for me. I reached at her place around 4:45 PM & she started my make up after 8 PM. Not just she made me wait so long but what a blunder she did with my make up hairstyle & dupatta draping. I booked 10K package makeup revolution & seriously couldn't see her using any of the product of this brand.
I am somehow blessed with good clear skin with 2-3 minor acne spots & those spots were also visible after make up.She only colour corrected my haldi on skin & applied a thin layer of foudation of faces canada or some cheap brand. I would have ignored all the above mentioned things but once I reached at venue & check myself again in mirror, everything was havoc. My kajal was smudged badly under eyes, my fake lashes were falling, I literally wanted to cry. I could not do anything because it was so late already. Before going to the stage, I had to remove fake lashes to save myself from embarrassment. Even my dupatta was not tied properly but my friend pinned it tightly. And at last, during my pheras, all i could see roses on ground which were falling from my juda. Now you can imagine, how unprofessional they are. I personally messaged her but she completely ignored my message & didn't even say sorry. I will suggest brides not to book her for wedding days as she gonna use some cheap make up. Even she doesn't have some basic good water proof kajal. I mean my kajal was ruined during extreme cold weather. She is worst. I wish i could give her 0 rating. She is more than worse & literally ruined my big day.

I booked the parlour for my special day....and it was an amazing experience.....she was with me for 3 days and she took care of every little need I had for my dress and make-up.....would definitely recommend her for your special day....most amazing thing is she is self-taught MUA.

A beautiful satisfied bride ... i visit in blackpearl beauty parlor so i am very satisfied form there service and makeup. the makeup is so good and elegant ... i just looked at my self and i cant get my eyes off . the owner is sweet talker . she is very polite . the staff is also very kind . the service is A one . i just want to tell you guys please visit there and get a good service and great experience . ones you visit there you will definitely visit there again and again....
