Genteel Makeover Studio

All the staff and owners were very polite and kind including a cute furry one ( I forgot the name😔) . Satisfied with service as they have asked what styling I wanted before doing. I would suggest to choose without any doubt specially if you have something on your mind and want exactly that way, cause they are really passionate about making the bride feel best on her special day. Thank you so much guys.

Also, just a point of improvement on planning part like how much time it can take for makeup and styling so that we need not to hurry.

Pathetic experience and services!!
Me and my sister-in-law, We booked a party make up a month before the wedding. The appointment is booked for 6pm. As were the main members and have to do important rituals, we need to be there by max 8pm. We reached there at 5:45 before time, as the studio people told us that they will cancel the booking, if we get late by a min.
As soon as we reached, there we saw that only one person is handling all the 5appointment plus the studio, as the studio owner disha sarkar just take the appointments without the seeing availability of the staff, where there staff member is also surprised to see us, as she had no idea about our booking. Still she told us that all things will be done by 30-45mins, but she made us wait for 2hours and we missed all the rituals. We compromised on our makeup and hair do, but they have the audacity to take the whole payment from us. All the members of our family were very disappointed, as we missed everything, just because of their unprofessional behaviour and lack of services.
The ambience of the studio is 3rd class, nothing is organised, no cleanliness and lack of management and services and fake promises.
It's a pathetic and horrible experience, I won't ever recommend to any my family and friends to even step in their studios.

I visited this place few days back and loved the service. The staff was polite and the place was clean. My makeup was very good. Highly recommend this place.

Very amazing nail extensions and they are very hardworking amazing service very satisfied and as for their makeup they are wonderful 👍 very great job done by dipika disha and her team lots of love 💗💗💗

Not so good parlor, they are so busy and rude, even don't hv knowledge that which type of hairstyle suits you, they used same makeup kit for both party makeup and bridal, very expensive as well.

I really wanted to Thank you Dipika ma'am for the magic you did on my wedding day (7th Feb).
You really made my day more bigger and added 'thousand charms' to my day. I am still getting compliments for my look you did. Truly commendable team handling.
