I got my engagement makeup done by and she made me look so beautiful. She is very polite, professional and perfect in job. They are quite professional and experienced in their work.

I am regular client of her....And I am using her services from 8 years...Too good service specialist in makeup..I have taken party makeup from her many time too good it was...And she is very humble plus professional...

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!

Too rude to ask a question or two. Seeing the reviews and feedback, I visited her to make an appointment for party makeup.
Having sensitive skin comes with its own concerns and I asked her couple of questions including the difference between HD and Air brush and what products she'll use.
Upon asking, she got offended so much, she straight away said No. "Why should I show you my Vanity?". Why should I tell you what products I am using. These were her words counting to very unprofessional behaviour. This is a customer right to see what products are being used on their skin and you cannot deny that.
(What if the brands they use are not suitable for your skin?)
On further adding the concerns about my skin and my past experiences, she further said you should not change your salon and doctor. First of all, if it was feasible why would I go to an unknown person and secondly who talks to their customers like that?
Instead of making peace and accepting her fault, she tried to make me realize that I am scaring her with my skin type/issues.

An absolute mood spoiler and absolutely unprofessional.

Also, if you are looking for a clean and private space, this is not the one for you. No privacy for facial and waxing. Very compact and unclean space.

It was a great experience. Not only was the makeup great and the hairdo beautiful, the part I liked the most was her friendly nature . My sister was late and so we had a time constraint but still she managed to pull out a good look and was not irritated by the constant nagging of time. Her smile and compliments were the one which kept my sis in high spirits even after the chaos. And she kept my mom natural features alive rather than just imposing her look . She also took into consideration as to the customers liking and was open to criticism with a smile , which is a rare trait to find. Will call u definitely if other function comes up!!!!

I made my bridal makeup from Arti di, I was very very happy and got lots of compliments on my makeover. Hightly recommended.
