Royal makeover

I went to this parlour as suggested by my friend since I was living in Mumbai I was not in touch with the best parlour here. I had my engagement make up done with this parlour which was done amazingly by shivani. After this I booked her for my pre-bridal as well. However, I was not happy with her facials and all . At last day of my pre bridal , she did my waxing which was horrifying as I got burn marks all over my body.
In my opinion she is good for make ups only. She does not know how to do waxing as it varies person to person and she treats everyone skin and body as same.
Over all I am not happy
