Salon and Spa is a luxury service and you expect to relax at a place like this. But when the staff is under trained in hospitality, and asks you to pay an advance amount as soon as you step in, without even asking you to sit down, the whole point is futile. They did not know that we had taken appointments, she was still calling people to find out if we had an appointment. And when we pointed out that the front desk employee lacked in customer service skills, she kept arguing and said it okay if you leave. They really need to work on their people’s skill. Very bad experience. Very poor service. Wont recommend.

All i heard about it was an absurd behaviour of the staff workers... no hospitality and patience in the staff members .... behaved like impatient money grubbers inspite of having a previous appointment...
