DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! My hair was worse leaving than when I came in.

I had thick, healthy long hair and requested a SINGLE PROCESS color. This should give minimal damage and a trim!

During the service, the hair stylist left my hair for too long and my hair was clearly damaged. He proceeded to scrape my hair with a wet fine comb without any product to untangle the damaged hair. He scraped my hair from top to bottom, tearing each strand. After damaging my hair, he asked if I wanted a keratin treatment (upsell)

Not only was I extremely uncomfortable but I left with worst hair than when I came in. It was so damaged that I had to attend another salon and pay a premium to tend to the damage. My hair was falling out.

Very bad experience.
I had appointment for makeup with senior artist in the morning 8:30 and no one shown till 9:30.
Totally spoiled for function.

The team was understaffed with poor skills in hair and make up. They all left for "tutorial" leaving the hair mid way. Worse experience ever
