I'm from merit laser tech velu, pune we purchase yawei laser machine made in chaina purchase by electronica hitech machine , we seen very bad service ever in this industry , while machine is stop thay are not taking action immediately, while aur machine is in warranty they not claim at any part there end they simply tail us all happening from aur end, not parts availability while get damaged, very bad service, we faces very losses.(big loss),I'm not satisfied with service.

I bought there machine recently in December, after sale service and commitments are third class, phone no. given on sites are always unreachable or unanswered, Sale team is very unethical,they all are bunch of crooks
