Plaza Premium Lounge (Domestic Arrivals, Terminal 3)

The worst lounge service ever seen. The food items are only limited to a few items which is very strange.
Pls avoid spending so much(Rs 1770 for 2hrs) for this service if you are not having any free access, instead enjoy the food courts.
Pls note for card holders service is for 2 hours only.
I saw many reviews that alcohol is free but alcohol is served on chargeable basis.
One coffee machine was out of service and milk was not available on the other one.
They are cleaning chairs but it was not up to the mark.
Need improvement on service.
Very much disappointing after visiting Bangalore & Mumbai.

Overall good for rest and some breakfast. But they need to improve hygine. We have seen lot of small cockroach also they have kept rat trape. I think pest control treatment is needed. So what we love is chap rate service for rest.

Most pathetic lounge ever visited. Dirty toilets ,just two dirty toilets , dark and non ventilated,.
Food is very limited and bad food , You will find Butter jam of local delhi street . Forget beverges, yogurt, they dont have any , worst service , they them self know there food is non edible so they request please dont take pictures. Being the only lounge it is crowded .
The seats are good , only thing you gain here is comfortable sofa and mobile charging .

It’s good for those who have debit/credit card having complimentary lounge access. Washroom’s were ok, breakfast items were also ok. Free drinking water available.

One of the best lounge amongst all the Terminal of IGI Airport. My experience was great!

Pathetic from beginning...
There were only one staff for payment line and the ques were so big.. On 16th mng we waited on the line for 30mnts and then before us and 3 or 4 persons they said the food on the buffet was finished and they wont allow anyone.
Can't they see we were and many others were on the quee cant they see and calculate wether others in the que may not get th food!!
We waited for 30mnts and then we had only 30mnts left for the boarding so we went with empty stomachs.
So pathetic so bad for a great airport..
Such a shame for the IGI airport operator...

Very delicious food ! Just for information Plaza premium lounge is closed on Tuesday after 11am for pest control so plan accordingly! Overall very good experience!
Card accepted --> Rupay platinum, Mastercard , Visa and other premium cards

Plaza launge expectations are high
But Food Quite not standards as per the international terminal
Hope Every multi states travel this airport
To be take care especially main course food
Also Long Quee will be there
Tea and juices okay 👍
Expecting to improve later ✅
