Very bad Service. No knowledge & No training at all. They don't have any idea. You can never rely on a Wish Master. You might need to visit to the location offline manually to get k formation or file complaint. No direct complaint number help line to reach them.. Always avoid ekart related shippings. Never trust this courier service..

I ordered a book. It was received by ekart logistics khurda. But the order was never out for delivery. After the due date they declared my order cancelled.

Worst service provider all are fraud and cheaters . I have ordered a item and it should reach us by 13 th but till now not received upon calling the delivery agent number given he is saying he don't deliver to this area is this how we expect a service provider works.
