Very bad experience! All the furniture broken, CPU damaged and wires&bedsheeet inside cupboard missing...incurred a huge loss of 34000rs.😡

After nearly 1 week, I have got all my items repaired which were possible and they paid compensation for same! The risk management team, especially Divakar Gupta ji was very helpful for same!

Pathetic... No one is picking up phone since 3 days, delivery not done even after getting confirmation from Safexpress. Change your company name from Safexpress to UNSAFELOCAL, keep your slogan as " We never deliver on time, and never respond you"

Extremely rude and irresponsible behaviour. Very delayed delivery. Opaque service such that unable to contact anyone for resolution as well. Never recommend this to anyone in the future EVER AGAIN!!!

Worst service for COD bookings, even if they charge for it they keep the cheque with them for 10 days after receiving it, particulary Mr. Nishit @ changodar branch Ahmedabad he says he is head but have no manners or courtesy of talking with client, blocked my number and when asked for higher management number he straight away disconnected the call, also he says "now you have got the cheque what's the matter" as if he is doing a favour

Horrible service, rude behavior, even after calling multiple times to deliver the shipment they don't! The shipment does not reach you even after being in the same city for over 2 days!

The worst customer care I have ever felt. No body responding on phone and delivery gets long time from warehouse
