This place is a new lodge . Do not be fooled by the outlook of the hotel. This is possibly the one good hotel with modern facilities at par with even some 3 star hotels in Arupukottai. Very good bed, bathroom fittings ( except the health faucet ) and facilities like lift, room service with a proper menu in the room and service people are their good facets. However they still need to improve their lighting , esp restroom lighting facilities. Also the steps at the hotel entry point need to have handrails installed on order to help the specially abled and the elderly citizens .

I had called on 30/10/20 and booked a room on 26/11/20. When I called on 25th nov for reconfirmation, they denied booking and replied that advance was not paid, which was not informed to at the time of booking. This may be because of high demand on 26/11.

Nice, Clean, well spacious and we'll maintained rooms. But I feel the cost is higher than other lodges in the town.

I tried booking this hotel about 2 weeks in advance. Absolutely no ethics in confirming the booking and they do not have sense of the customer service. Being in a remote town they dont have any guideline or policy for operation. Pathetic!

I stayed in Kumaran Residency on 27-3-21 with my friends. Rooms are spacious, very neatly maintained. Toilet is very clean. Staff are very courteous and helpful. A good Hotel for pleasant stay.
