One statment - dangerously beautiful! This is one which every wildlife lover will cherish! Staying inside the core area, enjoying the sounds of the forest without any disturbance. They have put up a net across the complex last year to stop wild animals getting inside the complex, which was very common previously. The rooms are basic but comfortable. If you are lucky, can experience wildlife from inside your cottage. We stayed in Madhukunj which is right adjacent to the lake. Its a bit secluded from the other cottages. Make sure to carry a flashlight, or else coming back from dinner may be spine chilling. Its exciting nevertheless, even with a flashlight. 🙂
Travel tips: 1. If you are staying here, you have to book a safari jeep for your entire duration of stay. 2. No non veg food is served inside the fdcm campus. Mainly because the smell can attract wild animals. 3. Try to be inside your rooms before nightfall.

For someone who loves to be in nature, I am naturally inclined to like this place. It is silent, in the forest, pure & full of fresh air. I love this place as an individual. I would not recommend a family outing there as it is not a place where one can shout, make noise or play music in high volume or use mic and speakers. It is a place for genuine nature lovers where only such people should visit for pristine and real nature experience.
