Hygiene & clean rooms, good location, tasty food quality, proper room service, hotel seems to be renewed recently.

Restaurant is badly managed...al carte food is not properly served ..not good... restaurant staff are very rude and irresponsible in behaving

Neat and clean room. Polite and supportive staff. Service is excellent. On the main road it is so easy to move and access the nearby hotels.

No canteen/Pantry even for serving tea/coffee etc. For food and other eatables need to go out or order outside food. That is a big disadvantage.

Loved the hotel. Rooms were neat and clean.. Complimentary breakfast had wide spread of varieties. Hospitality was very good. Hotel staff were highly helpful and cooperative. Overall loved the stay. Coming back again soon.

Visited tiruvannamalai for thai poosam. So you can imagine the rush. It was a last minute plan for us. I had a set of hotels short listed based on reviews. Only in cs arunachala , they agreed to provide accommodation for 3 adults. They also agreed to give us the room by 11 am. Front desk is very good. Mr loganathan was very helpful.
The room was very neat and clean. Had space just enough for a double bed and an extra cot. I found the bathroom too so spic and span. But my mom who has ortho problem could not climb the step(1 foot high) to use the bathroom. My parents also found the bathroom floor tiles very slippery. When enquired, they said all rooms have raised bathroom. So elderly ppl should keep this in mind while booking. For others it's a great choice. It's so close to girivalam path, which is an added benefit

We have booked a party hall. Overall experience is not well. Even the complementary room has not provided which is basis with any residency. Even after a debate it has been provided and behave very cheap as they switched off the power of the room repeatedly. The music system is not switched on. For each and every basic s we need to call twice them.no one available during night time. Overall it was not a good note experience when we completed the function.. Their management needs to look after the gaps promptly
