Not worth the price, rooms are dirty, the management are hesitant to give you a room even though your traveling with elderly parents and children. Plus the reception people are very rude in behavior. Don't expect a discount at all . The rooms are never cleaned. The place is attached to a veg restaurant, but it's horrible lighting in there. It's like the dark room of a horror movie. Horrible experience. I finished my work at the hospital n checkout immediately. Never again do I want to see this place also.

We stayed here for a week. Biggest advantage is its location, just opposite to the back gate(jubilee gate) of hospital. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Room service is there , though they may delay it a bit.some times we need to make repeated calls, but even in the late evenings and nights they come to clean. Restaurant is upstairs. Food will reach in no time to your room. Overall satisfied.

Average lodge. I didn’t stay there seeing their rooms and services. Staffs are not cordial enough and not very much interested to co-operate. Rooms and bathrooms are not very bad and nasty but you need a comfortable environment ultimately.
One can stay here if you find the staff's behaviour cordial. One big plus point is, It's near CMC main gate and their tarrif is reasonable.

3 managers are very rood...... If the three men take money to the AC room together and complain that they are not working. Fool said he was in make in and took the extra amount......please change the staff

Not bad. Its safe and secure, they check everyone entering the hotel and gives you more comfort.

But They never care once you booked, not even cared to repair the fan regulator, when asked for alternative room they denied and gave bedsheet to adjust with it. Facilities are also not worth it, lower than standard oyo. I paid 900/day, which seems costlier to me consider the room ambience. I

People at the front desk need serious lessons on hospitality. It was absolutely shocking and disappointing to land up on New year's eve to their rude behaviour, esp when we were traveling with a patient. There are no basic toiletries provided so one has to come prepared. I would never go back to this hotel.

2 stars is because the veg resto next doors from where they cater the food is really good.

The USP of the hotel is that it's located exactly opposite CMC, but that's also just about where the good things end. That and the veg. restaurant next door that is a fair place to eat at. The 2 stars are for the prime location and the restaurant access alone. Other than that, the rooms are unkempt, the Receptionist is unruly and unprofessional, hotel advertises car parking facility but doesn't offer parking to customers, and the bed linen are supposedly changed only once every 3 days... even for an AC room that is charged at ₹1600+GST. I had called the Reception at 22:30 the night I checked in to ask for a towel because I had an early morning start the next day, but the Receptionist flat out refused to provide one stating it's late. At 22:30. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. There are better hotels available a stone's throw away.
