Perfect Guest House

Newly repainted, clean, cozy for a few days @ chennai. It will do the job if your plans in chennai concerns you being out all day and need a good place to sleep, at an affordable price.
Ps. We took the non ac room, there are Ac rooms also available..
This place is 1.5kms from Marina beach.

Okay for the price. Bathrooms weren't clean though. The owner seems to have a problem with girls and boys being in the same room (even for a short while-he didnt create any problems though, just adviced us)

Very bad experience while using bathroom water.....

THEY are using salt water in bathroom can't able to bath, 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

But good for minimum price and also nice accommodation......

No expensive furniture.....

Worst hotel i do not even want to say this is hotel, they are frauds and cheap attitude people, plz those who have basic dignity and self respect do not think about this cheap third rated hotel.
In reception there are 3 guys are working they even does not know what is hospitality , worst attitude and no basic manners.
My strong advice do not prefer this cheap third rated place to stay, stay away from this cheap guys.

Location is good but accessibility is narrow and congested

rooms are good, Bathing water was salt water. Customer service was not good.

I stayed in perfect guest house for a day. Single room cost 500 rupees including tax. Rooms are so nice and we'll maintained. Floor, washroom, bedsheets are cleaned well. They provide bottled water. Staff and management interact well with the guest. It's a perfect place to stay. Manager is multilingual.

This is not a Decent locality to stay especially with family This is my personal suggestions
