Already booked the room by phone before 3 days actual time. Morning 5 am i reached the hotel. Actually I booked triple bedroom facility room for three people. Once I reached the reception area the manager checked the room triple bedroom is not available. So we give double bed room with extra bed. This purely shows their inefficiency of work. Am very afraid because I already read so many negative reviews of room quality. But God Grace it was neat and clean. But coming to the point main room service they are not giving water and basic things like soap, brush towel. Everything we have to take care everything. For morning refresh coffee or tea we have to call the room service guy and give money he will go and buy in shop. For newspaper we have to go to reception area. For tv it will come only 5-6 channels only. Others channels they are not paid. Whatever information we need we have to ask reception area. They not not giving any proper information where we go for lunch and dinner. Which hotel is best near. I enquired outside auto men he will explain in detail. So, my kind advice management please give water bottle I mean new bottle not filled RO water in old washed water bottle. Give basic things towel,soap,brush, toothpaste. And newspaper. Room is not sanitized. For short vacation we can definitely use this hotel. I can give 2/5 rating.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.. The receptionist is very rude.. He shows too much attitude and bark at all the time whenever we ask for anything.. There is no proper response.. My kind advice to the management is please appoint someone who knows basic knowledge that how to handle a customer.. About the rooms, hair bits everywhere in the bed and pillows..Room was not even cleaned properly everywhere dust. Very worst stay I have ever experienced.. Please guys dont even think to stay here..

The worst place to stay, they are fraud if you didn't vacate within 30 mins exceeds booking they are asking full day rent, also the room is not clean properly, and getting noise from outside definitely you won't get a peaceful stay in this hotel, stay away from this place

Very worst receptionist and staff.
Very bad room and toilet.

No response from reception person. If you pay tips then only they provide service. Morning at 7.30 only you will get hot water. They won't provide drinking water. Some times life will out of order. Only one room boy for the all four floors. Poor maintenance.

Great lodge, had visited with friends. Enjoy staying there , management is normal . Price also was reasonable. Not sure if family friendly. Had parking space .

Worst service...not even give the bedsheet...power cut, no generator, bad service

Room rates are cheap and affordable, but lots of mosquitoes will spoil your sleep for sure.
