Hotel is good, but there are many points which should be improved. Staffs are well behaved. Foods are good quality and quantity within reasonable price. But hotel should concentrate much more in cleanliness. False ceiling should be well maintained. Overall we are enjoying our tour till now.

I will not suggest to stay here, Room service are so worst. Receptionist not pick call & from 10:30 to 6:30 pm you will not get the team. No driver rooms in the hotel . No parking place vehicle park on road side. No responsible person is available. Total 16 room & service people only 2

A 3 star hotel with all service and amenities.breakfast is complementary and too spacious rooms. Staffs are friendly and food is delicious.

I don’t have a frame of reference so I am not comparing my experiences with any other hotel. I am completely disappointed after staying here just for a night.
I visited keonjhar for the first time and had chosen this hotel to stay. I was with my family and I was kind of hoping to give them a good time. But it didn’t happen.
The moment we entered into our rooms in the hotel we found stale food plates were everywhere almost in front of all rooms. This was a picture of how hygienic that hotel would be.
The hotel had the worst water supply. The water color was pale in color and pretty unhygienic. Bathroom buckets had stingy yellow coating and when asked to replace, they handed another bucket with the same condition.
The rooms had cockroaches in them. You can find everywhere and on all the things. 🤢🤮
The final scene was there in house restaurant service guys were lazy, delay the food services by almost an hour and served raw food. That blew our mind. We were all very upset and I felt I did a mistake going there. The quantity of food is so less that they served one plate of bhindi dopiyaza telling that it is double plate. Do they think we are stupid? We had paid good money to stay and they treated us like that.
Lastly, the receptionist argued and was not ready to take our feedback of experience.
Seriously I would have given negative rating but i don’t have a choice here.
This the note to hotel: Ppl come to your hotel, pay good money at least treat them well, take feedback and improve ur hotel. That should be the mindset of any successful running hotel. Hope it reaches the owner of the hotel.

Worst Worst Worst, Don't go to this Hotel at any cost . In my life i have never seen such kind of Hotel Standard with such high price. You will get flies n cockroach everywhere in the room , don't know when last time walls n floor cleaning happen. You will sick here if you stay more than one day

Room service is good here. And the restaurant Is out standing the best cook is making food here. If anyone visits the hotel plz try the food once.hotel also provides mini refrigerator.
