Located at Close to RTO office at Belgaum, this Hotel is very convenient for travelers.
I had booked a single bed room for couple of days. At RS 500 (Oct 2018), the room was ok, though it was very small. As most of time was spent outside, I did bother about it. They have larger rooms too. Room was clean enough with functional amenities, bathroom ok, but to my surprise there were no hooks or bar to hang your clothes while taking bath. Recommend check the room first before booking, the receptionist does offer you to show the room prior to booking. But overall it's still a good choice for budget accommodation.

We stayed in this hotel for a day for quick break during long journey. Hotel is quite old and not as fresh as shown in pictures. Room was not clean, had lot of dust, bedsheet was torned, washroom sprey had likage but they fixed it. As per our experience though hotel location has it's own advantage, it has overhyped ratings considering actual condition of rooms and cleanliness.

Overall okay if stay is solo and friends. Need improvement in cleanliness, quick hospitality, Infrastructure facility like Elevator, Hot water supply.

Rooms okay, supportive staff (if u need anything they can provide), hot water- morning hours only...near to central bus stand.

Not the luxury type rooms its enough to spend the night in and a good value for money There are better lodges in belgavi than this

Rooms are good, little dust on chairs and table. Bed is good, bathrooms clean&ok, hot water-only in morning hours (this can be changed by management), staff-supportive (they will try to meet your requests). and one thing is. giving prior information is advisable about "opening the room and cleaning the washrooms using the "Master key" even in the absence of guests (without the knowledge of guests)". Although no complaints of any loss, but giving prior information is needed.
