Office staff are good ,,But just see that how the gov employees are treated here how the office was ...is it well maintained...

Good village officer

It was a pleasent surprise to experience fast and polite service at Vytilla Village office . I am thankful to an efficient and courteous village officer like Mr Sailesh who very professionally helped me to rectify some discrepancies in land tax receipts which was noticed when the system was computerized
I hope that the concerned authorities encourage such officers so that the public have a better impression of a government offices

Office staff and village officer extended good service. But the office is put in a building first floor. No signboard...a small staircase.. difficult for senior citizens to use. Govt should take such offices to own building with vehicle parking reception area..etc

Its a good office, applications get processed without issues. However, if one doesn’t get done within 2 days, its best to call or meet the V.O. to remind him of a pending application (if its made through online) since they’d need to check the site for application. Pokkuvaravu was done fast and directly by applicant and fairly simple, unlike some other offices where the amount of documents needed results in approaching intermediaries. This is a small village office with committed staff willing to help you. It’s on the first floor and those with difficulty climbing stairs, please go through the stairs at the back, the front staircase is steep. Other than that, its basically in Vyttila junction.
