A Typical "Government Office", Honest Officers on the Top should come and see the condition of things here, a few visits onsite and offsite by the Vigilance to see if all is well, may improve life for the common people who visit this office to get their work done...

Excellent Staff, went for birth certificate got it in 5 minute, no waiting, it person is very knowledgeable person. Wanted to know amount SAS system, he given all the information about sas. No more use of word municipality. office is small but people are very responsive...

If you have hell lot of time to complete your work then only come here. Very neglecting people here

Very Bad experience. I was to collect Birth certificate. I was just doing follow up for 3 week, 2 time in week.

Lady did not even entered data in system.
Very slow work.

Asking for money after getting document.

My review is based on December 2020.

My experience was okayish. Process is smooth and nobody drags you longer(they do deliver 2-3 days after deadline mentioned at office but not weeks like others)even when you go by yourself as long as you have all the documents in hand.

For me they did ask bribe(5-10 times) indirectly infront of senior personnel who was supposed disallow. If you're okay to pay you get things much quicker.

As of me, I didn't pay. But this didn't hamper my work, so this is atleast good from them.

Hassle in paying a property tax. First visit there was no power. Waited for an hour and returned. Second visit and staff is missing for hours saying lunch break. Typical Government office where every work takes extra effort to complete any job.

Waiting for almost 2 hrs to pay tax and I don’t blame anyone but need to wait for job to get done.

Imagine if you want to collect money. Govinda
