It was a good experience as my work was just done in 5 mins ...not sure about others review but to me the officials were nice and answered to all my queries neatly. There is a new building coming up and hope it will be functional very soon....if you are visiting this place for payment, just make sure you keep your payment in cash to get the process done quickly.

Having all public related online services in one place that is CSC-Common Service Center. Having swipe machine to collect property tax- cashless transaction. Having IVRS system related to street light maintenance in village limits. Having 6 trucks to collect Solid waste in village limits with GPS technology.

Building is good & government has tried to modernize the panchayat office with computers & UPI payment .However employees of office work like typical govt office.Even to get e Katha , it will drag for 6 months . It's high time to privatize panchayat & municipal offices

Since 1 week street light is repair already complaint raised in mobile number and contract person also but one week over sine anyone of them also not come to repair street light place masthenahalli

It's been six months to get E katha still we are running & lengthy process and staffs are not available and no proper response from any staff. after applying they said 45days but not committed worst service

Worst experience....no proper response or management,went for e Katha took more than 6months ..muniraju the person responsible for e kathas is always busy and roming outside premises..

I had been here to pay my property tax. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a well maintained Govt. building, ample parking space, small garden and courteous staff. The best part is, it has wheel chair accessibility.
They accept UPI payment which is convenient.
Approach road from Bommasandra main road is concreted and well maintained. A small stretch of ~ 150 m is being worked upon and the road eventually will be concreted.
All in all one of the best maintained, hygienic office.
