librariean are too arrogant and they don't allow students to study... its just like a useless library for students..

The library is never open, the peon who happens to manage the library most of the time, never allows any reader to enter the premise. The peon behaves like he owns the library, and always insults and belittles the readers. They will tell you to come according to their time, but then won't allow you to use the library. They should just shut the library down.
