I'm visiting this library for a month, now and in my experience if you really want to study it's a good place to join. Students here are focused, management helps in every possible way and is also quite prompt in getting things done, table is spacious with lights on all tables, a little garden makes a great refreshment, location is so close to market that you can get anything quickly, good parking.
I do feel a little hot sometimes... especially initial days were difficult but it's not impossible to adjust your
self with the environment.
It's all about your preferences

Come here to experience peacefull study experience in big and spacious reading AC hall with all necessary facilities. Separate washrooms,fully AC, Comfortable chairs for long hours sitting, Newspaper**, Power sockets with Lamps on each desk.

Fees is very Pocket friendly. 6 hours per day for 1 month is

Very good library for self study, peace is also very much.

It was really a nice experience ☺️
I really liked the environment and the cooperative management .

The drinking water is extremely dirty from past 65days. Not potable at all.
The layer of green black white particle is seen.
The environment is peaceful.******
But washroom doesn’t get cleaned daily.
Users count of washroom is around 800.
The washroom is gets dirtier than public toilets.
The exhaust in one washroom has fan blade size of 2cm.
The management doesn’t take the responsibility.(proudly)
There is frequent closing of library.
AC IS MOSTY OFF. Or at 24 degree.
The lights are dim.
Fans are not getting repaired they make noise.

And most crazy thing they do is turn off the fan and minimise the speed always.

From past one week is library has been a constant tamasha.

If you want to study.. you wouldn’t come here.

And if you don’t want to believe what I said.
Please JOIN THE LIBRARY.
And truth will unveil in a week.

The most shameful thing is the unhygienic water they provide to drink and shamelessly do nothing about it.

The truth about this library is that all the bad reviews are asked to be removed by students.

And good reviews are mostly fake.

I came here seeing the good*fake review of the library.

All the best for your future endeavors.

Pros:
1. Affordable than other libraries in this area
2. Table is quite spacious and chairs are kind of comfortable
3. Owner was generous during lockdown, as he extended the remaining days after lockdown

Cons:
1. Internet is a bit slow, only one connection for 50 people
2. Library etiquette not followed, people whisper among each other and owner takes no action.
3. Owner is a bit "MISER" when it comes to operating AC.

If AC is your priority then, this is not a place for you. Rest is manageable

REQUEST TO THE OWNER.

[•]If you take this in positive criticism well and good for students and your mindset. Otherwise you will be really immature throughout your life and seeing your kids, just feels like it now.

1. Install big heaters in both halls so that some heat can be felt. It's not even working for what it's useful for. Think over it please. You are just doing injustice with students contrary to the fact you are a lawyer or whatever.

2. Develop Some Scientific Temper. PLEASE!!! DON'T BE A MISER. BE LOGICAL in you approach. BE FARSIGHTED IN YOUR APPROACH.

3. LISTEN to problems. Don't avoid them! You are literally taking advantage of us.

Super kanjoos Owner. Though everyone here knows that he and his 'kids' doesn't care for students, he also treats people he considers lower than him in worse ways. Like he hires a worker and underpaid him. Pathetic mentality and No Sign Of Scientific Temper in him and his kids. Shameful!! This shows how one takes majoboori ka fayda. They just need your money. And before commenting to come with original Id.. look at your manners and way you are treating students here. You yourself are not what you project but wolves under the hide of sheep. You DON'T LISTEN TO STUDENTS. You just impose your decisions according to you what's right. You Being a lawyer it doesn't feels like you are in that profession. We students are small society which is not small as your mindset. Once the students start questioning you. FAYDA NA UTHAIYE STUDENTS KI MAJBOORI KA. Warna Covid ke din jaise majboor ye students kar denge jis din humko apne rights impose krne pade.

I would like to thank the Ashiyana Student Zone team for the great experience I had while studying here for last 2 months. The environment is quite peaceful. The decorum, spacious study area, regular housekeeping and overall hygiene of the premises is indeed appreciable.
