Enormous collection of books and huge space for seating. This place is full of students during internals. They charge 0.50 NP per day after the deadline. Everything is fine but the charges are very high, if you forget to return the book for 1-2 semesters then you're gone. Haha... Fine will be much more than the price of the book.
