Worst behaviour of the librarian. Shouts at the readers. Since its a public library, built for the public, with public tax, the public must be treated with respect. The Librarian must behave politely. Library is a calm place and the librarian must know it first, so shouting in the library or hesitating to answer is a wrong thing. And the readers must be treated with respect and not be seen with suspicion as a thief.

And the library contains mostly tamil books only. Only one row has English books and even those books are not allowed to take home. How can the public benefit ?

Kindly fill the blank rows with some good English books and correct the Librarian's behaviour.
