The pink city of India is known for its culture, and libraries are the display of its culture as well as love and appreciation of education. The city of Jaipur houses some finest libraries of Rajasthan. These libraries provide wonderful support for students of Jaipur as well as work as the constant resources of finding good literature of the world to read and learn. All the libraries in Jaipur offer membership facility, reading room facility, and advantage of borrowing books at home under certain terms and conditions.

Dr. Radha Krishnan State Central Library is one of the best libraries in Jaipur for its excellent collection of books, and flexible lending book facilities. While students and researchers will get good academic support from the books of this library, there are quite good stocks for readers looking for fiction and good collection of journals and periodicals.

For membership- You have to submit a form with verified by Gazetted Officer of Jaipur.
Membership Charge is just 100 INR for 1 Year (1st April to 31st March).
You can fix your seat just to pay 200 INR/month.

This library have two separate portions for boys and girls; Ground Floor - Only Boys & First Floor - Only Girls.

A book, a quite place to sit, a way to explore yourself, a way to relize who you are. Everything you definitely get here.

A very big hall, thousands of different books, almost all newspapers and magzins, proper siting arrangment, nice staff (but all have qualities of a sarkari job ;)), fresh water, quite environment.
You will definitely feel the pure vibes of knowledge. In simple word this is not just a library, this is "माँ".
For membership you need to fill a form and then verify from a Gazette officer(100) or need to pay some cash(1000/2000).
Still you can come here without membership but can't issue any book still you can enjoy some book, newspapers and magazines only.
Surely visit here.

Coming here since april 2018. Initially I heard about this place from my uncle who used to come here.but one day my best friend hemant called me here in march 2018. And then i went inside and saw the students studying and got inspired by them.i like the sitting arrangement and the atomsphere here is completely differnt. You wont get this type of felling anywhere else in jaipur.now due to my busy schedule i rarely visit this library but whenever i get a chance to be here i never miss it. Now only one word shows up in my mind whenever i think of it -nostalgic. I used to eat my lunch outside in the garden with my friend. He and i had made a deal he will bring roti & i will bring sabji.we also brought buttermilk from the library canteen. It was a wonderful experience. I will always miss the time of my studying in winters in this library. I used to sat in the loan for long hours in december and january. The post lockdown part of library was best because a very few people showed up here. - mohit meena.

Best government library at Jaipur.

This is a good and quite place to study and way cheaper than any other library so you should come.

If you want Book-issue option then 1000 as security for it and it was refundable. In month of April
Note :- for registration process you need your 2 photo , adhar-card photocopy and current address proof (your landlords water bill will work fine)
Registration timing 10:30 to 1:30
