Central Library, GNDEC

At this place number of books are available for different subject of different writer.
Also various news paper , ejonural etc.
And wi-fi is also available .
This is the place where I am spending few hours every day.
This is nice place for study.

Great place to study.
Some people talk here and there but we can get used to it usually nobody is here to disturb you otherwise except some noises and your phone

Its more of a question- because I am not a student in GNDEC.... the question being: Can a non-student, (neither staff nor faculty) can access the library? to sit and read?
